Avon has millions of representatives who use printed brochures to resell Avon products and earn an extra income.
With the increasing usage of internet and mainly, mobile to perform daily tasks, Avon global digital team decided to create an APP where users could browse digital brochures, share them on social media and place their orders.

SOLUTION
The APP was created by the global digital team in partnership with peers from each country around the world.
As the Brazil project leader, I was responsible for performing heuristics evaluation and address new solutions, plan and manage the implementation and integration with the existent Avon’s systems, usability testing, QA/UAT testing, and team training.
RESULTS
The APP was successfully implemented and had more than 100.000 downloads just in the first week of launching having now more than 2MM of downloads on Google Play and Apple Store.
